Praising Kristen Stewart & Helping Welcome To The Riley's Get Distributed

Hello all, welcome back & if its your first time visiting, Welcome!!

Sundance Film Festival or StewDance as we’ve renamed it is OVER, le sigh. What a fun bumpy ride it was for us KStew Devotee’s. Our fingers are a bit sore due to the click & refresh & copy & paste. But so worth it. Why? Well…

The Runaways & Welcome To The Riley’s premiered & boy did they premier. The reviews we’ve read so far are incredible.

The Runaways

“Stewart as Joan Jett physically embodies the role and curses and growls as the part demands.” – MTVBlog

“Kristen Stewart finally breaks loose delivering a stunning performance that covers a wide range of the acting spectrum yet achieved in a way that is far from self-conscious.”- Dark Horizons

“Stewart, on the other hand, makes a living by being a mess on-screen. Her emotions seem to pour out of her without passing through the filter of self-consciousness, an astonishing openness that can be mistaken for a lack of technique.” – IFC.com

“Stewart captures the intensity perfectly, but never completely immerses herself in the character. She’s aggressive, sexual and all things rock-n-roll.” -FilmSchoolRejects

“Kristen Stewart does a dead-on performance of Joan Jett that has you thinking she’s the real thing.” – MusicCityRambling

“Kristen Stewart steps out of her normal angsty girl act and nails down the punk rock, hard as nails Jett.” – Cinematical

“It’s one of her strongest performances so far as she captures Jett’s fierce work ethic and undiluted desire.” – HitFix

Welcome To The Riley’s

“The film belongs to Kristen Stewart, raw, uncompromising, magnificent at every turn, delivering a ferocious and emotionally charged performance.” – Dark Horizons

“Kristen is a very brave actress and has a great presence.”- Thermocard

“What could be one of the best performances of Stewart’s career.”- WeAreMovieGeeks

“Stewart risks making a spectacle of herself, but she remains intriguingly subdued.”- TheWrap.com

“You cannot walk away from a viewing and say the actress doesn’t fearlessly expose herself physically and emotionally, and doesn’t do so with astonishing maturity and believability.” – MTVBlog

“Stewart plays through all of these layers incredibly well. She’s sexy, tortured and frightened. At some points, all at once. This isn’t her character from Twilight. It is a far more mature role, and one that is a polar opposite to Bella. Unless Bella starts showing her bare ass in the third movie…” – FilmSchoolRejects *lol*

 JJ on Stew

“It’s hard for me to look at myself and judge myself from the outside. But I thought she had a quiet intensity.”
